I can't log in.

Have you forgotten your username or password?

You can reset your password from the Crowd Managers website by clicking on the Forgotten password link.

I need my certificate.

Have you completed a course and need your certificate?

Congratulations! Just Click here and log into your course, we’ll take you right to it. You can also find your certificate inside the course at the very top of the course page.

Training for a group.

Are you looking to purchase training for a group?

Awesome! Navigate to https://crowdmanagers.com/register and follow the steps below.

  1. Select the radio button For a group
  2. Enter your information and Organization details
  3. Enter the number of people in your group
  4. Provide payment information
  5. Agree to the disclaimer
  6. Submit

A code will be generated that can be redeem up to the number of users you specified in your group.

Instructions are sent in an email on how to distribute this payment-code to your staff.

Once you purchase, please check your email for confirmation of purchase and further instructions.

Redeem a payment-code

Do you have a payment code you like to redeem?

Great! Navigate to https://crowdmanagers.com/register and follow the steps below.

  1. Verify that Set-up Account For myself is checked
  2. Enter your information as it would appear on your Certificate and Receipt
  3. Click or Tap the button that reads I have a coupon
  4. Enter your Payment Code
  5. Agree to the disclaimer
  6. Submit Payment

If the code is valid you will be able to register and take the training for free.

I need a receipt.

Do you need a receipt after making your payment?

No worries! Click here and log into your course and we’ll take care of the rest. You can also find your receipt in a few simple steps. First, log into your course. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and then click the Get your receipt link. A copy of your receipt will be sent to the email that is tied to your account.

I have problems seeing content.
