The team will also share how they used the SAMR model to help them create an evaluation plan to drive and inform professional development efforts to support the initiative. The team will share the planning process that was used, share the protocols and measurement instruments developed using the SAMR Model as well as techniques to gather data. All resources are intended to be shared with stakeholders to encourage and adapt changes to meet learning goals. This is a great session for administrators and teacher leaders in charge of professional development and those planning for a 1:1 initiative.
